Hammy’s career in the art of hair and makeup stemmed from a love of creativity with hair at a very young age, styling hair of friends, family and her own as young as aged 10 years. This quickly progressed into a joint love of makeup. This passion from a young age and constant experimenting, keeping up to date with current trends, styles and products has refined her abilities to create unique looks beyond the realms of her own and clients expectations.

Being mainly self taught, having worked alongside other established artists in the industry, Hammy is a highly experienced, passionate and committed hair and makeup artist. Having worked in the field for a number of years, Hammy has the ability to recognise each client is unique, understanding the importance of defining each individual’s beauty and features. This is done by appreciating and reflecting the individual’s personality whilst listening to what they want to achieve allowing her to create a picture perfect looks every single time.

Hammy’s approach is very much about understanding and appreciating her clients personality and needs as being key to creating the perfect look “for me as an artist it’s not enough to take a booking and ‘turn up’ on the day, it’s about providing a unique tailored service that makes the client feel special from the first point of contact through to the finished look on the day regardless of the occasion".
